Your information is used to: process bookings and payments, send OTP verification emails, send booking confirmations and notifications, improve our services and user experience, respond to support queries, and send promotional offers (you can opt out anytime).
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), CSRF protection, and secure session management. OTP tokens expire within 10 minutes and are deleted after use.
By registering, you agree to receive transactional emails (OTPs, booking confirmations) via Gmail SMTP. We never sell your email address to third parties. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
We use OneSignal to send push notifications about bookings, attendance updates, and promotions. You can disable notifications anytime in your browser or device settings.
We use session cookies for authentication (remember me feature) and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.
Location is collected only when you explicitly allow it — for location-based maid search and reviews. We store approximate location (city level) and never share precise GPS coordinates with third parties.
We use: Gmail SMTP (email delivery), OneSignal (push notifications), Bootstrap/Google Fonts (UI components). These services have their own privacy policies.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts have data removed within 30 days except where legally required to retain.
